Finally, a PDF viewer that WORKS!

As a longtime Xfce user I've noticed that every distro seems to have its preferred document viewer, but all of them have obvious bugs and lack functionality that Windoze viewers have had forever.  Progress is way too slow!

For instance, filling in tax forms is pretty important but I was surprised to find that Not One viewer (evince, atril, qpdfview) could display and edit California tax forms properly:   https://www.ftb.ca.gov/forms/2016/16_540.pdf
The fill in fields should NOT be black. Even after clicking and filling in, printing reverts to black.  Arrgghh.

Fortunately, I discovered that the new 'xreader' viewer in Mint 18 works !!   I hope that this is a sign that the devs will clean up and improve most of those stagnant, neglected GNOME apps.

Now, if I can convince them to add multiple tab support .....
