what packages to install for my transition?

the only things i have installed on my Ubuntu Xenial Xerus 16.04.5 amd64 LTS system with "xfce" in the package name are:

lt2a/forums /home/forums 4> dpkg -l|gf xfce
ii libxfce4ui-1-0 4.12.1-2 amd64 widget library for Xfce - Gtk+2 variant
ii libxfce4ui-common 4.12.1-2 all common files for libxfce4ui
ii libxfce4util-bin 4.12.1-2 amd64 tools for libxfce4util
ii libxfce4util-common 4.12.1-2 all common files for libxfce4util
ii libxfce4util7 4.12.1-2 amd64 Utility functions library for Xfce4
ii xfce4-terminal 0.6.3-2ubuntu1 amd64 Xfce terminal emulator

how much disk space will i need?  i think i have plenty of space ...

lt2a/forums /home/forums 6> df /
Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda1 16381864 7526388 8000284 49% /
lt2a/forums /home/forums 7>

... but would like some estimate of how much will be used.  if i install everything with "xfce4" in the package name, that's 77 packages and 3386 files.

i'm hoping there is a reference package that gets what would be installed on Xubuntu.  if not, does anyone have a list of them?  i don't want to just install everything with "xfce4" in the package name if less is the norm.

and this is for 16.04 amd64.  i'm staying on 16.04 until 20.04 has been out for a couple months.  i do have a collection of file lists for all packages in 16.04 amd64 but i doubt that would make it easy for me to figure out which packages to install.
