I didn't do the artwork for this wallpaper (I'm not that good) . . . but, they chose a good subject.

The Conky tells everything about the OS.  #!Crunchbang, Debian Wheezy, Xfce-4.8, the Mustang ... everything just "looks fast"

I noticed that many posted desktops are somewhat... dark and slightly cold. People, why so sad?

Leon,very nice background.

Here is my desktop. I changed theme from violet to green. Gtk theme has some disadvantages, but its beautiful!

Its ubuntu 10.04 + xfce4.8.

After the gnome 3 was released I was very sad. I decided to install xfce, it's amazing very light and fast.

I have tried many before KDE,fluxbox,icewm,openbox,gnome but XFCE is the best I have seen.
It's stable low on cpu and memory and it's very fast compared to others like KDE and Gnome shell they are to heavy and overheat the computer.
The developers did very good.

You can find them in extra, In the terminal  pacman -S oxygen-icons

Nothing spezial, just a Grey Theme and and a Summer Wallpaper. Transparency is off, I used it, but I didn't like it:)

Pfft, you can't expect linux users to learn something as obscure as BBcode.

First real refresh I've done for some time. Got a lot flatter, squarer and with a more adventurous colour palette.

I don't know what's wrong with your cockamamie browsers, but my lovely Iceape clearly shows my shots as two smallish pictorial links to the full size versions on Flickr.
