right click not working

Hey,

Re: right click not working

Is xfdesktop running? (when you see a wallpaper, it doesn't mean xfdesktop is running).

ps ax

tells me it is, i killed it via xfdesktop --quit and started it again witout anything passed to it. besides the Terminal immediatly losing its transparacy there was no change. at least i didn't notice... how can i tell that xfdesktop is working properly?

Re: right click not working

In my case xfdesktop is not running

jiml@ladsdev01:~$ xfdesktop
-bash: xfdesktop: command not found
jiml@ladsdev01:~$

ladsdev01:/home/jiml# apt-get install xfdesktop
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
E: Couldn't find package xfdesktop
ladsdev01:/home/jiml# find / -name xfdesktop -print
ladsdev01:/home/jiml#

I'm thinking   smile
