Xfce pop-up launchers in gnome

Hello all,
anyone knows how to integrate xfce's pop-up launchers in gnome? I'm developing a university linux distro and I need that because is an easy way to launch an application classified direcly in pannel and not Applications->Mathematics->MathApp how gnome do now. This xfce's launcher are more fast accesible, easy and intuitive. Anyone knows?
Thank's in advance.

Re: Xfce pop-up launchers in gnome

You have to port them to the gnome panel framework (if you want to use them in gnome panel) or run killall -9 gnome-panel && xfce4-panel and use xfce4-xfapplet-plugin to run gnome plugins in the Xfce panel ^-^.

Re: Xfce pop-up launchers in gnome

Rewrite the code so it uses the gnome-panel api.
