xfce + compiz-fusion

Hello everyone!I'm a new user of XFCE and i've got a couple of questions.First could someone tell me is it possible to start compiz-fusion manager on XFCE and how could i make my panel transperent?Thanks in Advance!

I got this working over the weekend on my xubuntu box.  Before you start you should make sure that your video card is setup properly.  You will need a pretty hefty card to get this to work smoothly. 

- First -
Install needed packages from command line, assuming you have an debian based package management system. (if apt-get works you do)

sudo apt-get install compiz-core compiz-plugins compiz-fusion-plugins-main compiz-fusion-plugins-extra emerald compizconfig-settings-manager

- Second -
press Alt+F2, enter compiz --replace, then click Run

- Third -
Open the following:
Applications->Settings->Advanced Desktop Effects Settings.
Beneath the “Effects” heading, click Window Decoration. In the Command input field, enter the window decorator you prefer (emerald if you installed that, xfwm4 if not).
