control + c (intr) not working. (xfce4-terminal 0.6.2) Fedora 20, x64

Team I am using xfce 4 terminal on xfce desktop (xfce4-terminal 0.6.2) - using on fedora 20, 64bit.
-interrupt generated with control+c does not work at all
-does not work for any user-be it a root or normal user
-seems defined okay-checked with stty -a. output given belllow.

Please help. Seems trivial problem, but so far cant figure it out.

Few more checks done.
-checked keyboard settings-set to genric 104 key keyboard
-its generic microsoft keyboard.
-it worked without problem in fedora 19
-teminal (xfce4-terminal 0.6.2) crashes when you do "Teminal->set Encoiding") Bug?

Message from crash.
xfce4-terminal[6452]: segfault at 2 ip 0000003ddac661e0 sp 00007fffaa409d88 error 4 in libglib-2.0.so.0.3800.2[3ddac00000+129000]

xfce4-terminal 0.6.3 is in updates-testing, not sure if it fixes your problem but might be worth testing. yum update xf* --enablerepo=u*g will get it for you.

Have you tried pressing the Break key instead?

Hi cranil7,

I had the same problem with ^C, ^Z and others.  In my case it turned out to be the nvidia proprietary driver of all things.  I downgraded to akmod-nvidia-304xx from rpmfusion and all was well.
