Desktop and general

I just wanted to say thanks to the Xfce Dev team.  Fabulous job.  I just changed from Gnome 3.8.
I am running Debian Sid w/Xfce 4.10.
What you have done is fantastic.  I thought that maybe I couldn't make my desktop smooth as in Gnome.  BUT, it is so smooth now and REALLY fast, faster than Gnome.
