New to Xubuntu

Just installed Xubuntu 14.04.3 on a dual boot PC. The PCis not what I would call a power hog, it is a Nettop box. It runs Ubuntu 14.10 but a little slow. That is the reason I
configured for dual boot to test the Xubuntu OS.
Hoping to have some very positive use withthe OS.
