I wonder what's this and how to remove it

After I installed all XFCE-related things this menu appeared on my desktop and couldn't be removed using Panel Preferences.......

It looks like a dock of some sort. You should check with your distro to see what that include. It doesn't look like part of Xfce

Definitely a dock, i can see the transparent backgrounds, and the icon theme is OS X. If you poke around your applications menu, you'll likely find a dock control panel either in system or accessories. You might also try clicking on that top icon as it looks like a picture of a dock with icons on it, so it might be a settings short cut.
