Display saved files on desktop always on the right side

Hi, is it possible to display saved files on the Desktop always on the right side instead on the left one?
This is because on the left side of the desktop I keep my Conky widget, so I moved all the icons on the right side.
When i save a file on the desktop i must kill every time Conky to see it..

Currently, no. There is existing this enhancement request for this functionality.
