Midori Features Missing

No worries if this is considered off-topic for this forum. I thought someone here might have an idea.

Running pure arch, just updated.

The midori official website looks like this. Content seems missing.

I don't see the preference tabs shown here:

Am i missing dependencies?

My arch has webkit2gtk 2.26.2-2. Do i need 3.x?

i installed WebkitGTK-bin (precompiled), and liboil but that didn't help.
