Improvement: Secondary panel on "secondary monitor"

Hi all.

Usage scenario
I'm using Xfce 4.14 with a dual monitor panel setting, one for the notebook screen and one for the external screen.
I need often to
- disconnect the external screen and use the notebook one only (i.e. i leave the desk and go to a meeting)
- disconnect the external screen and use an external projector
- use a different second external screen (i.e. work from home)

Each time I disconnect from the main external screen the second panel is placed on top of the primary one and I have to make it "invisible" to access the primary panel (which holds the notification area).

Request
In the Panel preferences window, Visualization tab, allow to Output on a generic "Secondary" screen which defaults to whatever screen is connected to the notebook.

It would be best to create an enhancement request against the xfce4-panel  product to get the developer's attention.
