deactivated Anti-Aliasing: Changing font system wide

Hello,

I am new in Linux and Xfce. I have changed from Windows 7 to Linux. In Windows 7 I had deactivated Anti-Aliasing. And have changed the font into Tahoma.

I would like to do the same in Linux.

This is what I did until now:

But there are still menus and dialog-fields that look like they have not changed the font.

In firefox the font of the menu has changed. The spaces between the individual letters are nice and regular. There are no letters that are glued together. This is what I want to have.

Or a little bigger:

But in Featherpad, the The spaces between the individual letters are not nice and regular. There are letters that are glued together. I would like to change this. I guess, this is because this is another font, not Tahoma.

Also the dialog field of Featherpad has letters that are glued together. So I guess this is, because it is not Tahoma. (For example the word "Ausblenden".)

How can I change the menu and dialog field of Featherpad and all other apps, so that it also uses Tahoma?

Would appreciate some answers. Thank you.

Edit: Maybe if you copy my posted pictures into your clipboard and past them into the App. nomacs, you have a better quality of the picture as if you show it directly in the browser. In the browser they are quite blurry.
And please press the button "A" in nomacs. This way the picture should also become less blurry.

Edit: In the meantime I found out, that it is Tahoma in Featherpad int the picture above. How did I find his out: I have changed the font in the App. "Appearances" (see picture 1 above).

So the issue remains:
Why do some letters stick together in Featherpad and other programs, but not in Firefox.
Or how can I get, that the spaces between the individual letters are nice and regular in all apps.?
What is the source of this behaviour and how can I solve it?
Thank you.
