Orage: Event notifications work; ToDo notifications do not work
Hi,
I've begun using Orage as a local calendar. I have recurring Events notifying fine, both audio and a popup. But the same item, created as a ToDo, does not trigger any notification.
Any help would be appreciated.
Specs: MX19 Linux (debian buster) x64; Xfce 4.14.1; C2D; 2.8ghz; 6GB RAM; SSD.

Unfortunately, orage is no longer being maintained. It's been archived. Unless someone here has some specific knowledge, you may not be able to get a resolution to your issue.

Ok, thanks much ToZ for your feedback. That's too bad, as I just discovered orage's event capabilities and I'm beginning to like the prog and its minimalism. I know of nothing else that fits that niche.

I have an appointment that Imported from an email for a VA teleappointment. I've had the appointment, but Orage keeps spewing hundreds of reminders until I kill it. I understand that it's not being maintained, but does anybody know where the list of appointments is kept so that I can try to edit it by hand? If that doesn't work, I may be able to restore a backup and get a working version, even if some of the most recent stuff is lost.

I found the easiest way is in Preferences / Cal window set Cal. day doubleclick to show Event list. Then just doubleclick on a day in the calendar and the list comes up. Finally doubleclick the event.

That wouldn't work for me because the calendar window never came up. However, I RTFM and learned that the data files are in ~/.local/share/orage, and a little judicious surgery removed the offending lines. Thanx anyway.
