XFCE GUI screensaver cannot be deactivated - Bug?

Hello,
as I described it here https://forum.mxlinux.org/viewtopic.php … 74#p590674 there is no way to deactivate the XFCE screensaver from GUI application. I can enable it from GUI bot not deactivate.

In XFCE enery settings Display power management is already off.

xdg-screensaver status
=> enabled

Disable screensaver (this is no persistent solution):

xdg-screensaver suspend 0x14f
xdg-screensaver status
=> disabled

Enable it from GUI and test again:

xdg-screensaver status
=> enabled

Disable it from GUI:

xdg-screensaver status
=> enabled

I am using a fresh install of MX Linux 19.2:
