XFCE power settings bug? Notebook accidentally goes into standby


I use the following settings in the XFCE energy management:

  1. Screen power management: off

  2. When closing the notebook screen: Lock screen.

But when I start my notebook per WoL with closed lid it went into standby mode shortly afterwards.

To solve the problem I had to change the following:



I suspect it is a bug in this gui application?

I am using a fresh install of MX Linux 19.2:
