How to set focus to specific icon automatically after log-in ?

Hi , there :

I would like to put the focus to a specific icon at XFCE desktop by default after log-in .  The user case is the desktop does has focus but there is no mouse or keyboard sometimes -- only a remote control is avail ( there is no tab key at that remote control ).  and I would like to use the arrow keys to switch focus between icons ( applications ) . Is it possible to set the focus to a specific icon ( application ) automatically ?
