Using Howdy to login from XFCE4 screen lock

HI All,

I have configured Howdy and can use it to log into LightDM with it. However when I add it to /etc/pam.d/xfce4-screensaver I cannot get it to work. The code I added to the xfce4-screensaver is:

 auth sufficient pam_python.so /lib/security/howdy/pam.py

and as I mentioned this code works when I put it into the lightdm file in pam.d so not sure what else is missing. I can't see an auth.log anywhere on my system by the way.

Anyone got Howdy to work with Xfce screensave?

Re: Using Howdy to login from XFCE4 screen lock

Hi. I'm not a Howdy user (very interesting, though, didn't know about it!), but it seems like a similar issue is tracked here: https://github.com/boltgolt/howdy/issues/291

Good luck!
