Xfce with freebsd 64 bits system testing!

Hello

Xfce is an impressive desktop environment that lets you configure whatever you can. As you can see in the picture, it is not active to reduce the brightness, and others such as high ram memory consumption, high temperature in a vanilla system.  Is it possible to reduce all that?

With respect to brightness, what kind of computer is this? laptop or desktop? Make and model?
Also, what does xfce4-power-manager say?

xfce4-power-manager --dump

xfce4-power-manager is not finding a backlit panel. Unfortunately, I don't have any experience with FreeBSD, but perhaps you can post on their forums to see about getting your graphics card configured to provide one.
