Re: ANNOUNCE: xfce4-terminal 1.0.0 released

Hello,

I have just installed a new xfce4-terminal (from Fedora 35 updates) - can I get back the ordering of items in the right-click menu? In previous versions, the topmost one was "Open terminal" and then "Open tab". In 1.0 it is reversed for some reason. I don't use tabs at all, and have "right-click and select the first item" too deep in my muscle memory, so I keep opening new tabs when I want to open new window. This is quite annoying. Is there an option for restoring the old behaviour?

Alternatively, can I disable tabs altogether?

Thanks!

I noticed that change as well. I think it happened around the time that GtkActionEntries were replaced with XfceGtkActionEntries. Probably best to create a bug report about this.

Also, as far as I know, there is no way to disable tabs. Perhaps a feature request could be created as well.
