XFCE 4.16 panel tooltip trail - transparency issue

Half of the panel transparency is filled with the previous tooltip trail when using panel plugin icons but not with user created program launchers.
That occurs in both linux Mint and Xubuntu 22.04, even with the default greybird theme.
Also, using both a white-50% transparent color or transparent png file, gives the same result, as show in the image:

Strange. What video card and driver are you using?

Re: XFCE 4.16 panel tooltip trail - transparency issue

Thanks, ToZ.
Well, this is embarrassing but I’ve just booted from xubuntu 22.04 iso again and the problem just disappear! Really strange… I’ve been doing some tests with the live system and installed some software. Maybe some of the software or it’s dependencies is causing the problem. But about a months ago this also happened with the linux Mint iso so that, when I got the latest Xubuntu, I kept that in mind for testing, which I did yesterday.
All this in the same computer: i5-3470
The video card is the one from the processor. lspci output shows Intel Corporation Xeon E3-1200 v2/3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller (rev 09).

I’ll keep this topic open for some more time and continue testing. If I can replicate the problem, I’ll put more accurate clues here.
