running the integrated orage calendar with one mouse click

I have integrated orage calendar with xfce panel clock by run that command as mention in xfce site
https://docs.xfce.org/apps/orage/start?s[]=orage#integration_with_xfce_panel_clock 1
it is mentioned there that:
Setting this property will hide the default GtkCalendar pop-up and instead execute your custom command on a double mouse click.
COMMAND="orage -t"; xfconf-query -c xfce4-panel -p $(xfconf-query -c xfce4-panel -lv | grep clock | awk ' it's working very good, but if there way to make one click instead of double click, and if click on taskbar, it should disappear like the default one

Re: running the integrated orage calendar with one mouse click

What version of xfce4-panel are you running?

Do you have a "command" setting in clock preferences?  If I set orage there, it opens on single click - not double click.

You can then click on the clock again to toggle it off.

Re: running the integrated orage calendar with one mouse click

I just had a closer look to confirm. The changes have been made recently to the clock plugin and they haven't been released yet - they are in the development tree. It's part of a merge request to combine the datetime and clock plugins.

It's actually in view of merging Orage plugin with Clock: https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/xfce4-panel/-/issues/125
DateTime was another merging story smile
