Whisker Menu settings lost on restart

- There was a power outage,and restart.
- 'fsck' ran prior to Xfce loading.
- My Librewolf profile and addons were lost, and Librewolf itself had major bugs, I reinstall Librewolf and bugs are gone.
- In addition, the Whisker Menu custom settings have been lost.

Do we write this all off as a power failure thing? The hard drive is young and un-thrashed so I'm thinking it can't be anything hard drive related.

Maybe also a good time to remind to do regular backups?
