Missing Software Updater

Ubuntu Studio 22.04, Xfce 4.16.

Ubuntu Studio 22 ships with KDE Plasma. That was not a good experience on this machine, so I installed the Xfce packages and I'm logging into Xfce now.

Almost everything is working great, except... there are no notifications from the Software Updater... and no Software Updater in the apps menu.

Because it's not a standard Xubuntu installation... maybe I'm missing a package? Or another reason?

The software updater is probably something that Xubuntu ships with their distro - its not an Xfce component. The ubuntuforums might be able to provide more assistance.
