restarting (xfce4-panel -r) rearranges windows in taskbar.

I restart the XFCE panel often enough (mostly manual edits to config files) that I've added a restart button on the panel itself.

However, when the panel is restarted, all applications in the "Window Buttons" taskbar are rearranged (according to age, I think).

-------

XFCE 4.14
Xubuntu 20.10
Kernel 5.10.1

Options:
    - Sorting Order: None (I regularly drag and drop).
    - Window Grouping: Never.
    - Filtering Options: All off.

2 monitors and multiple workspaces.

-------

Would this be considered a bug?

Thanks,
Simon.

So it does. Here is a list of potentially related bugs. Either one of those will suit or you may need to create a new one.

I don't think it matches any of those bugs, so I added another - https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/xfce4-panel/-/issues/373
