[Thunar] Starting a new terminal in current directory with shortcut

Hello,

in KDE/Konqueror it is possible to start a new terminal in the actual directory by pressing simply F4.
How can I do that in Thunar?

Or, in general: how can I assign a keyboard shortcut to an custom action like the pre-defined "Open terminal here"?
Background: I use the detailled view in Thunar. And right click and "Open terminal here" in context menu doesn't work when the list of files in Thunar is longer than the screen high.
