disable mousewheel task switching on taskbar

Every time, i use the mouse reel, and I am accidentially on the tasklist, it switches the tasks. How can I disable that (for me very annoying) feature?

You can switch it off in Settings > Window Manager Tweaks  > Working Spaces > unmark the "switch working spaces  using wheel" box

I use the German version, so I translated the titles into English as a best guess

thanks, but this IS already switched off. I didn't mean switching the workspace, but the tasks, when the mouse is on the taskbar (unintentionally) und the mouse reel is activated. This is often, when I want to roll down something and I get to the taskbar by accident.
