Desktop icon text position after login

Hello,

I tried to find some information on this specific issue, but without success. Sometimes the label text under some/all of my desktop icons appears to be positioned somewhat too far to the left side.

Selecting the icon does fix this glitch. Anyone got an idea what might cause this glitch?

Xubuntu 11.10 x86_64 with Xfce 4.8
