thunar 1.6 tree pane navigation

After updating thunar 1.4 to the new stable version 1.6, I noticed some changes in a behaviour related to navigation via a tree pane: in 1.4, when you navigated the tree with keyboard to a particular folder and pressed 'Enter', the following things happened:

1. If folder was collapsed (expanded) it became expanded (collapsed)
2. Contents of the folder were displayed in files pane
3. Focus shifted to files pane

In 1.6 this changed, and now only the first of the 3 actions above occur when 'Enter' is pressed.

Does somebody knows the reason for this change? Is it possible to cause contents of the folder selected in the tree pane to become listed in the files pane without using a mouse? If not, then the removal of 2. seems like a bug, since now it is impossible to navigate with tree pane by keyboard only - you must click on the desired folder with a mouse to cause it's content to be listed in files pane (3. can still be achieved by using 'Tab').

Re: thunar 1.6 tree pane navigation

It looks like a bug to me because if the tree pane is active, even if the folder wouldn't be opened on 'Enter' like you said it should be opened with 'Ctrl+O'. But instead 'Ctrl+O' opens the folder that is selected in the main window.
