[panel] add shortcut to panel (editing file)

Hello,
I'm trying to duplicate my panel config file to have the same shortcut on every station I have.
I'm copying the xfce4-panel config file:

~/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-panel.xml

and the shortcut folders (launcher-11, launcher-12,etc..) in:

~/.config/xfce4/panel

But this is not working and the application"s shorcut don't appear on the panel bar.
But if I manually had the shortcut with the user interface, the panel had directly the right shortcut.

So maybe there is an other file I need to copy to duplicate all my shortcut panel?
