[bug?]messed with Delete or Move to Trash on desktop?

(Using Debian testing + xfce4.10)
you can see in the pic,
1. right click menu of item on desktop shows just delete;
2. right click menu of item in desktop-folder shows delete and move to trash;
but the delete in 1 actually just "move to trash ", because there is no confirmation and I can find deleted item in the trash bin.

so Is it a bug, or designed on purpose?

Probably a bug (or unimplemented feature). xfdesktop manages the desktop. The "Move to Trash" option was added to Thunar only. There are plans to have thunar manage the desktop, but its probably still a ways away. You might want to create a bug report/enhancement request against xfdesktop.
