Manually triggering Package Updater
In Package Updater settings, the icon in bottom right of the taskbar, I can see settings to set checking frequency, but cannot find any option to manually running it when I need it.
Where could it be?

This isn't an Xfce component. Maybe something openSUSE has enabled/installed?

Acording to this post (@ https://linuxhint.com/update_all_packages_opensuse/ ) it would seem that you have two options to update your system, `YaST` and `Zypper` ... Its a pretty good write-up, imho, and might help you to sort this out.
