Why does window "Display info" appear after 10 minutes inactivity?

Hello! I use Xfce4 desktop on Devuan linux, my monitor is HP. After 10 minutes inactivity widndow "Display info" appears https://ibb.co/Qp8Nb5q , sometimes I need to close 3 or 4 windows, because I was absent for 40 minutes. Can someone say how to disable such function?
I have another PC with same system but another monitor (asus) and there is no such feature. How to disable it here also?

Can you post back:

xfconf-query -c xfce4-keyboard-shortcuts -lv

What model is your monitor and how is it connected to your computer?

We've been seeing that from some users, and I've seen it on the Raspberry Pi 5--it shows typically at the end of the blanking period.

We deal with the symptom and tell them to click on the "Advanced" tab and check the box to "Always load the default profile" (can't remember the exact wording ATM), so I am curious to see where this thread goes.

I wonder if when it goes to sleep it's being "disconnected" and "reconnected" when it wakes up?

Under Settings>>Display>>Advanced>>Connecting Displays. Change what to do when a display is connected to "do nothing".

Under Settings>>Display>>Advanced>>Connecting Displays. Change what to do when a display is connected to "do nothing".

This is what I think is happening as well. By default, there is a keyboard shortcut mapped to "Display" or "XF86Display" that (usually) fires up the dialog in minimal mode. So I'm thinking it gets generated by a monitor event and the dialog is displayed. If I'm correct, deleting that shortcut should prevent it from happening.

The difference between hp and asus monitors is that HP is connected with HDMI and may be it is switching off. But asus is ancient and connected with ancient vga wire or so.
