Reworked xfce4-taskmanager with Network Graph and PCAP Sniffing

Hello Xfce community, I'm excited to share that I've reworked the xfce4-taskmanager application with some powerful new features.
The updated version includes:

Network Graph

The app now features a real-time network graph that visualizes the global system traffic, including rx, tx, and error metrics.

PCAP Sniffing

I've added PCAP functionality to the app, allowing it to sniff network traffic for each port.
This is done via inode mapping, which also adds 3 new columns to the process list:

- Number of incoming packets
- Number of outgoing packets
- Number of used sockets by the application

Here's a screenshot of the updated xfce4-taskmanager:

These feature may be useful to see which process is consuming the most network traffic or to detect any suspicious network connections.
The source code for these modifications is available on my GitHub repository:
https://github.com/Phirxian/xfce4-taskmanager

I've also made a pull request to the official Xfce mirror, so these changes may be incorporated into a future release of the xfce4-taskmanager.
Let me know if you have any questions or feedback!

Best regards,
Jehan-Antoine Vayssade
