Xfce was death?

Hello! I`m fan of Xfce and for it is pretty DE, but will say me, you develop or dead?
Why is this forum does not have a time zone update?
Why is the main site translated (93%!!!) into Russian, but you can not turn on Russian language?
I say nothing about the development, since I can not help it, but I would like to!
You want to see the project alive? So let's make a simple entry point! And then, people be pulled towards you!

It's active like trees & flowers.
You can't stand many hrs watch the flower bloom slowly you know.
