Hello from Donetsk!
Hi. My name is Alex. I like XFCE for it stability and simplicity. I wish to see some new features like hotcorners (with windows spread), and global menu \ window buttons applets included (I use Topmenu, but it is unstable).
Coolest thing in XFCE - logout screen 
It is beautiful!

Have a look at the hotcorner plugin. In combination with xfdashboard you can get the windows spread functionality.

xfdashboard is already a part of Xfce. As for the hotcorner plugin, I guess its up to the developer. They could ask to be a part of the project.
