put language icon in main panel & enter clipman at keyboard shortcut

so at 1st) 2 things:
I want to enter clipman content at the keyboard shortcut and than also place the languages icon in the main panel - so I can see which language si selected I've been googling a little and also look at xfce settings but I've not been successful.
2nd) On the top of that Clipman is behaving buggy - place new icon on the main panel everytime I copy smth and I cannot configure shortucts in tux commander.  3rd) And last problem - my laptop does not suspend to RAM = does not sleep
