Transparent Menubar and Sidepane of Thunar

Hello,

I am using the Numix-Theme. In XFCE 4.12 you can make the window decoration transparent, but i want to make the menubar and the sidepane of thunar
transparent too. I don't want to install compiz, etc. Is it possible to make it by edit the GTK-Theme files?
