[Solved] Xfce4-power-manager applet stop sandenly

Hi, how the subject said plus when I click left button mouse to adjust ie brightness level, and as I don't shure what this is an issue of the applet, however here dmesg output.

xfce4-power-man[5238]: segfault at 0 ip 00007facb80c00a2 sp 00007ffd29fba5d0 error 4 in libgtk-3.so.0.1800.7[7facb7d73000+719000]

I run Gentoo on my Asus i3, Xfce4 4.12, Kernel 4.1.15 (but others kernels version is the same).

Any ideas?

Regards.

Re: [Solved] Xfce4-power-manager applet stop sandenly

There was a bug that was recently fixed where the plugin crashed when the brightness slider was released. This patch is included in version 1.6.0.

Which version of xfce4-power-manager do you have installed:

xfce4-power-manager -V
