Critical bug with no attention. Do you expirience the same?

First of all, it's not 1st April joke
First (12504) and the second (12430). I'm sure they are tied to each other. First is easy to reproduce (WARNING, YOU MAY LOSE YOUR WORKSPACE):
1) Unplug your monitor
2) Plug it back.
-> Screen may be black (nvidia). Or mouse cursor may disappear(nouveau). (You will get black screen on nouveau if you switch from X server to tty1 and then back again to X)

To recover screen you must enable it somehow blindlessly via keyboard. Bug is Xfce's, can't reproduce on other distros.

Ther are still no response from developers
