after executing bleachbit in xubuntu, blocker screen stops working, why?

Xfce doesn't have a locker screen, so you might get more traction on this question by asking at your distro's forum. As a general troubleshooting rule, you should try to identify (through logs) what changes that bleachbit made and try to identify which one is the likely culprit.
