How to change ugly XFCE4-Panel-4.12.0 plugins icons ?

I have XFCE4-Panel-4.12.0 installed, with themes Adwaita, Greybird, Numix, XFCE
However, in the panel, plugins icons looks very simple & primitive, they are an eyesore.
Tried to change to different themes, none of them is any better.
Is there any way to change plugins icons to something nicer ?

not sure what you mean but these are GUI themes...

you need an icon theme that supports all icons try one from xfce-look: http://xfce-look.org/index.php?xsortmod … ntmode=430

when I changed the GUI theme , they have also had some  effect on the panel icons.....but not much, many of them got "greyed out"
