xfce always in bottom

Hello Everyone,
Is there a way to start an application that sits always below other windows, for example I have a java frame and I want it to be always in bottom , how can i achieve this in xfce environment, any help would be appreciated.

You might be able to do this with devilspie, though not sure. For Debian, the gui version gdevilspie is very handy.

There are a couple of options under Focus in Settings on both Window Manager and Window Manager Tweaks that may help. E.g. Window Manger - Foucus has an option to Automatically give focus to new windows.
