Is the English International with Dead Keys keyb layout available?

If so, how?

Keep in mind, I am not a programmer.

Check out the last tab of the keyboard settings window.

But as you can see in the img below, there's no Eng Int w/Dead Keys layout available in my list
This is what that tab shows me:

For clarity, that little pop up window (Keyboard Layout Selection) appears when clicking the Add button at the lower left corner.

Open the English (US) section by clicking the little black triangle.
