Add divider/separator lines to thunar right click menu

I have been using Xfce for around 6 years now, at present running Thunar 1.6.10 on Xfce 4.12 on both Xubuntu 14.04 and 16.04, but one thing has always stumped me is how to add horizontal divider or separator lines into the thunar right-click menu.

I have a quite a number of custom actions in the right click menu for various file tasks and although I have them grouped together, I would still like to separate them into their specific groups such as grouping the image files custom actions and using a divider or separator line between those and say the audio files custom actions.

There are already some of these horizontal divider or separator lines between the right click default actions but I cannot find how to add them to my own added custom actions.

I have tried to edit the /home/user/.config/Thunar/uca.xml file, with various xml tag edits but none seem to add a divider line. Googling the problems does not show results.

Has anyone done this or know how to do it?
