Desktop language + locale cleanup

1)
I have Danish locale installed for my date format. Now it changed my Desktop language in XFCE also to Danish. Now I'm NOT used to danish in my menus as I think in english smile
How do I go about changing only the menus to english and still keep my date formats in danish format?

2)
How do I make a locale cleanup?
so I only have US + DK locales installed. Any guides available?

Re: Desktop language + locale cleanup

2) I use the package localepurge on Debian. Lots of other solutions to see in a websearch on "linux delete locales"

MX-23 (based on Debian Stable) with our flagship Xfce 4.18.
