Can you set snap to borders behaviour?

I really like snapping to border feature (the one that also resizes the window to half / quarter of the screen), but it has one flaw when you use a couple of monitors. It basically tries to resize imediately when you're close to the border. Which is troublesome when you drag windows between screens - you get this "flicker" when dragging as the window gets resized for a split of a second, then gets back to its size when you continue dragging it to the other screen.
Is it possible to set some sort of timed delay before window manager tries snapping and resizing (so you'd actually have to hold a bit near the edge to trigger his behaviour)? Hope that's doable as this should get rid of the issue easily smile .
