It's no trouble, more of a doubt.
I use Alt-Tab all the time by right after pressing it I release tab keeping the thumbnails on I like using the mouse pointer to choose or arrows, but I can't let Alt go or else I loose it.
Is there way to keep it on and release it with Esc maybe or is there a way to key bind it to Super, again let me press it only once to keep it on while I use the mouse or arrow keys?
Thanks.

Try skippy-xd.

I got it, but I like XFCE's better. I just need to find out a way to execute XFCE's task switcher myself so I can trigger it by Super or another key alone and keep it up until ESC is pressed or after a choice is made.
Do you know a way to do it?

No, and I think it is not possible to keep that window open once the keyboard key is released.
Edit: I stay corrected... maybe you can do something by binding a shortcut to
xfdesktop --windowlist
but I never fiddled with it myself, sorry.

Thank you so much ColdBoot.
I rest now 'cause I am not so fond of it enough to get dirty with XFCE's source code.

I don't think you have to get dirty, just create a keyboard shortcut (Menu > Settings > Keyboard > Application shortcut > Add), paste or type:
xfdesktop -W
and pick a key combination.
The list that will appear under your pointer when you press the key combo can be customized in Settings > Desktop > Menus > Windowlist Menu.

Thank alcornoqui, but I want the nice one with the thumbnails and transparency showing in both my monitors and icons under the windows etc you know.
This is a good option though I did not know about, thank you.
