keyboard shortcuts not working after reboot

Hello

I have a problem: some of my custom shortcuts stop working after rebooting. All of them are <Primary><Super>KP_number and <Primary><Super>number and I use them for moving windows between workspaces. They all remain in the settings and I can make them work again by removing them and adding again. Other shortcuts still work and my <Primary><Super>KP_1, KP_2 and KP_9 didn't get disabled. Last time only KP_8 worked afair. I set shortcuts using Settings Editor, Workspaces and by directly editing some of xmls. If any other information is needed I'll provide it.

I'm using the newest Mint "Sophie".
